Must have been sitting on shelf forever..... arrived in moist clumps of little snowballs that would not "shake" out, just falls out in lumps.... useless but not worth sending back... only good thing to say is that it smells OK... maybe I'll let the box sit around as a room deodorizer... but useless as a dry rug shampoo! Check my other reviews, I'll always give gracious credit where credit is due... but not in this case.Sorry...
