(More customer reviews)After trying the Tobi, which was pretty useless, and reading a number of good reviews of this, I bought one. Well, it constantly spewed water, making both the garment I was steaming, and the floor messy & wet....
I was also surprised that the steam coming out was not all that hot, and wasn't really loosening up stuff in my shower & in the toilet bowl, not did it even "refresh" a shirt, nor do a very good job at taking out wrinkles. It was difficult using it & not get everything all wet, even with the bonnet on; not good on "dry clean only" garments. Needless to say, very disappointing...

(More customer reviews)I have owned the Steam Mouse Cleaner for a few months now. I love it! It cleaned my oven with ease, my mother's baseboard that she usually uses a toothbrush to scrub, my tile in my bathroom that I spilled nailpolish on that went into the cracks (I used nail polish remover and I think every cleaning product out there!!! and only this worked!)

It blew the dirt right out of my mothers baseboard with such great ease she would like to own her own! Hmmm... Christmas idea? I think so...
I also think it is great to clean around the hinges of the toilets!!! It blasts away the "misses" from my 3 little boys that are hard to get!
It doesn't hold much water at a time, but I think of all the money I've been saving on cleaning products! Not to mention the fumes!!! I would recommend this product!!

(More customer reviews)WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH - Make sure you read the FINE PRINT because this model has NO WARRANTY!!!!!!First time I used the floor attachment it melted - yes, it's plastic and melted. This company is so bad that it wouldn't even replace the floor attachment after I had just spent over $800. The attachments don't stay on either. I had to tape them on. Wasn't impressed with any part of this steamer. The steam doesn't even get hot, I could put my hand in it. There's no way this steamer melts grease away like their video wants you to think. Complete waste of over $800.

(More customer reviews)I bought this appliance at Target about three months ago, misunderstanding at the time what it was. When I got it home and unpacked it, I realized my mistake and *almost* took it back because I've owned steamers before and I just wasn't impressed. The literature accompanying the unit made me decide to go ahead and try it out before I decided and oh my gosh, am I glad I did.

Using nothing but water and a towel, along with your Shark steamer, you can clean anything in your house. When we bought this house back in April of 2002, there were lime stains on the pipes behind the toilets in all three bathrooms. And there were 10 years of black gunk built up under the edges of each toilet, where they connect to the floor. No matter what I tried, I could never remove all of that gunk -- you just can't get under there to do it! -- and the lime deposits wouldn't come off even with CLR and Lime Away and similar products. I am happy to report that less than 10 minutes per bathroom was all it took to totally obliterate the lime AND the gunk.Because it's steam under pressure, it can get in spots where you can't even insert a butter knife.It just blows it all out and you wipe it away!

We suffer from various allergies, and it seemed that no matter which cleaning product I used, someone's allergies were going to be aggravated -- now, I use the Shark and there's NOTHING to irritate anyone because you're not using any cleaning solvents -- just water!

You can even use it with one of the wider nozzles (it doesn't show them in the photo, but the unit is packed with several different attachments, not just the floor attachment shown) and blow dust and cobwebs off window blinds, artificial flowers, knick-knacks, and so on without damaging them.I have some suede-feeling artificial flowers that even a lint remover won't take the dust off, and my Shark steamer left them looking like they were brand new. You can clean your windows, and it's great for getting underneath and around large household appliances.The grill under the refrigerator that always looks terrible? Spotless, thanks to the Shark!

The nozzles and attachments help you get into places that normal cleaning just can't reach.My house has never been so clean, and although everyone assumes I've been spending hours and hours cleaning house, the truth is, I now spend about an hour per week maintaining it with my Shark!

I can't say enough about this unit. I highly recommend it.

(More customer reviews)Trolley is not worth the premium vendors are asking as the boiler is best maneuvered off the trolley. However, trolley does make for a convenient storage rack and allows for faster deployment of the system versus the standard carrying case. Relatively short hose and power cord require frequent repositioning of the boiler within most rooms. Purging and condensation drips are easily managed with an extra towel. There is a distinct odor emitted by the steam when the unit is being operated. Do not be fooled by exaggerated claims as dry steam actually leaves non-porous surfaces rather wet. Complete disinfection of a surface generally requires seven seconds of TANCS treated steam exposure. Standard accessories could include additional cloths and bonnets. Pressure varies between 50-80 PSI in actual use (90 PSI must be a standard test condition marker). Design of the water tank inlet prevents very rapid refills. A water pitcher with a spout is recommended over the included funnel. Unlike the models sold in Europe, the power cord does not wrap around the boiler and is best bundled before being tucked under the wooden handle for storage. Rubber bumper around the boiler protects the unit, walls and furniture from damage. Higher sustained boiler temps and the use of a short hose (lower residual loss) equate to higher nozzle temps for superior cleaning/disinfecting action. Excellent warranty coverage.
