(More customer reviews)I was really excited about this because of the multi-function use. At the same time, I was skeptical. Our little dog likes to pee in small places on the carpet, so we needed good carpet cleaner that would deep clean these areas.

The carpet cleaner works very well. Both the large cleaner extension and the handheld spray and suction the water, which most others do not do. It was a decision between this and the Hoover Agility. The Agility does not seem to have a sprayer on the extension hose.

When it comes to the vacuum, it's not that great. The suction is only good enough for area rugs. The carpet extension has a air powered brush that stops working on normal carpet and it only cleans the top surface debris.

So, if you want something for hardwood and deep carpet cleaning this is great. Just don't try to replace a regular vacuum cleaning with this.

The H2O Steam Mop comes with 2 reuseable pads, but once used they have to be washed and it does not take to long for them to become worn and somewhat ragged. It is nice to have an alternative and also to be able to dispose of the pad after use especially when used on a very soiled area. I recommend these.

1) The unit I own takes a long time (several minutes) to heat up. It never really gets hot.
2) It produces minimal steam, water leaks onto the floor while using, the floor remains wet for several minutes after use.
3) The refill light on my unit doesn't work.
4) After using the unit, I wet a paper towel & wiped down over several tiles I had just cleaned using the FS20. The paper towel picked up quit a lot of dirt ... dirt I thought this product was supposed to have removed.

Interesting (at least to me), I received an e-mail from Haan several weeks after purchasing the unit to ask why I hadn't rated the product. When I responded by telling them (Haan) the problems I was having with my new unit, I never heard from them again. In fairness, I can only speak to my experience with the specific product I received. The problem may be applicable only to this unit.

(More customer reviews)This product only does a fair job of cleaning. I have tile that is less than one year old and the grout only looked a little cleaner after 3 uses.
It leaves a film of water on the surface that takes at least 15 minutes to dry and some spots have to be wiped up by hand.

(More customer reviews)When I first got this and used it I was amazed. I couldn't believe the floor was that dirty. It picked up so much dirt it was hard to clean it out after ward cause the dirt had compacted so much on the filter. I will give it this, it does a heck of a job sucking all the water back up after it uses it to clean with too. I say it works a little to well because every time I use it it takes me like 15+ minutes to clean it up and get all the dirt out before I can put it away again. So in a way that detours me from using it a lot knowing it can be so much work. But if the affect you are trying to achieve is a floor that is spotless, I say this is an excellent product that does the job. Drawback: It doesn't make the job effortless, you work as hard as it does...I would buy it again if I had to though, it is worth the money!
